Manolo Vargas is a bilingual Senior Creative Director, Copywriter, and Brand Storyteller with 25+ years of experience creating campaigns, brand narratives, and customer-facing creative across the U.S. Hispanic, Latin American, and international markets.
He began his career in Colombia, expanded his experience across Central America, and later built a
long track record in the U.S. Hispanic market, helping brands connect with audiences through ideas that feel clear, emotional, culturally relevant, and commercially useful.
His work spans TV, radio, digital, social, print, retail, branded content, and bilingual communications for brands including Comcast, Spectrum, Got Milk?, Honda, Coca-Cola, Burger King, Discovery, Ford, Jack in the Box, General Motors, and others.
Throughout his career, Manolo has held creative leadership roles at agencies including Gallegos United, INFUSION by Castells, Orci, Zubi Advertising, BBDO, McCann, Y&R, and Lowe & Partners, developing work for national, regional, and multicultural markets.
His approach combines strategy, storytelling, cultural insight, and creative craft. Whether building a campaign platform, shaping a brand narrative, developing bilingual copy, or helping a team find the right idea, his focus is always the same: create work that connects with people clearly, emotionally, and culturally.
