The Client
Xfinity is Comcast’s consumer brand for Internet and TV services in the United States. The campaign introduced the benefits of its Internet service and a new router built for homes with many connected devices.
Ridiculously good Internet.
A small lemonade stand becomes a big demonstration of connection.
The Challenge
Xfinity wanted to demonstrate the superiority of its Internet service—not only through speed, but through a new router designed to keep many devices connected at the same time.
The challenge was to turn those technical benefits into something simple, entertaining and instantly understandable.
The Idea
Take a simple lemonade stand and give it ridiculously good Internet.
Buy a lemonade, get free access to fast Xfinity Internet. What starts as a neighborhood lemonade stand quickly becomes something much bigger as more and more people—and devices—connect.
The entire story unfolds without dialogue, letting the growing crowd and connected devices demonstrate the product benefits visually.
The Work
The television film brings the idea to life through a growing neighborhood scene, with the number of people and devices making the Internet benefits visible.
